Our referral process is open to all professionals working with families who require everyday items to help them thrive.
If you are a professional working with a family who you feel would benefit from support from The Grace Network’s social enterprises we have a new way to request items.
The Grace Network have brought together the old referral processes for Kids Stuff and Home Remedy into one unified pathway which we believe will be able to produce more efficient and holistic support to your clients.
This new pathway replaces the previous referral processes from Kids Stuff and Home Remedy.
Bundles of essentials or gift cards to be used in our onsite circular economy shops are still available through this new combined process.

We can also offer support to groups such as play groups and toddler groups. Please use the same link.
If you are an individual in need of assistance please contact a professional who is working with you, who will request a referral on your behalf.
This may be a midwife, health visitor, doctor, teacher, CAB, P3, school or other organisation.
